HVAC.Science is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service that brings testing and measurement discipline to HVAC and heating companies. Ownership sits with the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies; day-to-day leadership comes from Ali Sedighi, MBA, at the group's headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia. Furnaces, boilers and heat pumps are our clients' work, not ours: we do no installation, repair or servicing of any kind.
Why this brand exists
Most HVAC marketing decisions are made on instinct, on a vendor's report, or on whichever month looked good. That is understandable: owners are busy, demand swings with the weather, and the tools disagree with each other. But it means money moves to whatever was running when the phone happened to ring.
HVAC.Science exists to replace that with a habit of evidence. Measure leads once and consistently. Test one change at a time against a fair comparison. Decide how much proof is enough before looking at the result. None of this is exotic; it is standard experimental method applied carefully to a phone-led, seasonal trade.
The group behind it
- Sedighi.ca is the parent consulting company for Ali's growth, marketing and technology work. Conv.ca, HVAC.Agency and HVAC.Digital sit under it, alongside Trades.Agency and BusinessConsulting.ca.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) handles the group's strategy, AI and revenue-acceleration consulting, with Ali as its Founder and Managing Partner.
- HVAC.Agency is the group's HVAC marketing brand. HVAC.Science follows its pricing and draws on its portfolio of HVAC work.

How we work
The Conv.ca method, applied to HVAC
Every engagement moves through the four steps Conv.ca uses: research and analysis, strategy development, implementation, and testing and refinement. In practice:
- We read your data and calls before forming opinions. See conversion research.
- We fix measurement if it cannot be trusted. See measurement setup.
- We write every test plan before building anything: hypothesis, metric, sample, stopping rule.
- We read results as intervals and record losing tests as carefully as winners.
Rules we hold ourselves to
- No invented numbers. Worked examples are labelled illustrative. Client results are named and linked.
- No benchmarks dressed as promises. We compare you with your own baseline.
- Plain disclosure of limits. If your volume cannot support a test, we say so before you pay for it.
- You own everything. Accounts, data and test archives stay with your company.
- Official sources for platform facts. When we describe how GA4 or Google Ads works, we link Google's own documentation, as in our newsroom.
What an engagement looks like week to week
A typical month has a predictable rhythm. Early in the month we reconcile last month's leads across Google Ads, GA4 and your office log. Any running test is checked for breaks, such as a page edit or a budget change, but its result is not read until the planned end date. New hypotheses from research are ranked and the next test plan is drafted for your approval. At month end you get a short written summary: what was measured, what was decided, and what comes next. Nothing changes on your site or accounts without a plan you have seen first.
Positioning, stated plainly
Put in one line: HVAC.Science offers digital marketing and business consulting to Canadian heating and cooling firms, with measurement as its specialty. We do not install, repair or service any equipment, and we do not give technical, engineering or code-compliance advice. Our work is measurement, testing and the marketing decisions that follow from them.
Where we work
Our testing clients sit in every province and territory, and we consult by video call or in person as well as by phone, text and email. Regional notes on climate, programs and regulators are on the areas hub. Real HVAC outcomes from the wider team are on results.
To talk to Ali, call, text or email. We usually reply within one business day.
