What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

Three ways to reach us

  • Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk a problem through now. If we miss you, leave your name, company and a good time to call back.
  • Text (604) 632-4959. Good for a quick first message from the truck or the office. A sentence or two is plenty.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to send numbers, screenshots or a report you have questions about.

All three channels land with a senior strategist who can read a GA4 report, rather than with a switchboard.

What to include in your message

A few facts let us give you a useful first answer instead of a list of questions back. Include whatever you know; estimates are fine.

  1. Business name and the city or region you serve.
  2. Your website address.
  3. Your main services: for example furnace and boiler replacement, heat pumps, maintenance plans.
  4. Monthly ad spend, roughly, and which platforms.
  5. Approximate calls or leads per month.
  6. Tools in use: GA4, Google Ads, a call tracking provider, your CRM or booking software.
  7. The one question you most want answered, such as "Is our brand search spend worth it?" or "Why did calls drop after the new site?"

A template you can copy

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. Our site is [website]. We spend about [amount] a month on [platforms] and get roughly [number] calls a month. We use [tools]. The question we most want answered is: [your question]. Best time to reach me: [time].

What happens next

  1. First reply. Expect it on a weekday between 9 and 6 Pacific; we usually reply within one business day. If your question is quick, the reply may simply answer it.
  2. A short conversation. We talk through your numbers and your question, and tell you honestly whether testing, measurement work or neither is the right next step. Sometimes the answer is that your volume is too low for a particular test; we would rather say that up front.
  3. Trial and proposal. If it makes sense to continue, the 7-day free trial (no credit card) gives you an audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. A written proposal then sets out scope, plan, price and terms.

Before you get in touch

You may find a quick answer in our published material:

  • The FAQ covers price, contracts, ownership and reporting.
  • The pricing page lists every plan in Canadian dollars.
  • The newsroom explains the methods we use, with illustrative worked examples.
  • The services overview helps you decide where to start.

Working with us in person, by video and by phone

We work across every province and territory, with consultations by video call or in person. That suits measurement and testing well: most of the work happens inside your analytics, ads and call tracking accounts, and we share plans, screens and write-ups as we go.

Our privacy approach is simple. We use what you send only to reply and, if you go ahead, to do the work. We only send email to people who have contacted us first. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you.

A note on hours and replies

Our stated hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. If you are in Atlantic Canada or Newfoundland, that means we are available from early afternoon your time into the late evening. Messages that arrive outside those hours are read on the next business day. For anything time-sensitive, a call during business hours is best.

Frequently asked questions

Which is quickest: call, text or email?

A call during business hours reaches us most directly. Texts and emails are fine at any time, and we usually reply within one business day.

Do I need my analytics logins ready for the first conversation?

No. Rough numbers are enough to start: monthly ad spend, approximate calls per month, and which tools you use. Access comes later, and only if you decide to go ahead.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. Consultations can be in person or by video call, and phone, text and email keep things quick while we share screens and documents as we go.
